Instrumental Music Marching from the State Capitol in the Cathedral's 150 anniversary parade As Ramsey has a tradition of being a distinguished music department in the St. Paul school district.   There are a lot of fun and challenging performing opportunities at Ramsey for instrumental music students. These opportunities include:  seventh grade Varsity Band, eighth grade Concert Band, String Orchestra, Chamber Ensembles and two Jazz Bands. Music literature for all ensembles is at Grade Level and above.
