Mr. Humphrey's Home Page Mr. Humphrey Hello my name is James Humphrey. I have been teaching Health and Physical Education for over twenty years. The last fourteen have been here at the best Middle School in St Paul. I am a product of the St Paul public schools. I attended Van Buren elementary and Harding H.S..  I attended Bemidji State College for my  Bachelors Degree.  My graduate work was through St. Cloud State University.  I have many years of coaching experience in several different sports.
