Summary of Special Education Services Ramsey's Special Education Task Force The goal of the Ramsey Special Education department is to serve students with an I.E.P. (Individual Education Program). Our department follows the state and federal regulations and due process procedures to give students the least restrictive enironment to meet their individual needs and goals.
