The primary role of a site council is to improve student achievement. This is accomplished as parents, teachers, and administrators work together to:
- shape, define, and support Ramsey's vision, mission and goals
- shape site procedures
- provide a forum for issues to be addressed
- participate in the development and monitoring of the school comprehensive improvement plan (SCIP)
- plan and prioritize the school’s budget
- determine and remove barriers to success for all students
Meeting dates for this year are:
October 6, November 3, December 1, January 12, February 2, March 2, April 6, and May 4.
All meetings begin at 6:00 and are open to the public. All parents, staff and students are invited to attend.
